SR reporting for duty!

My name's super_redhead, or SR.
I live in Australia! I have red hair! I am 13! I am female!
Now you know about me, I'm going to say you could have found me on the old starwars forums with the same sign in name... after they shut down... then joined as many forums as possible to replace that old site.

Lol now I feel old XD I'm a junior in college, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Creative Writing.....may try to squeeze in an Art major but that depends on my stress level XD

Generally, "freshman" refers to a grade 9 student, which is where high school starts in most North American schools. From what I understand of the Australian school system (which is admittedly little ), "year" 8 is pretty much the same as the North American "grade" 8. So, technically, Red, were you on this side of the pond, you'd be at the end of "junior high", and next year (year/grade 9) would be your "freshman" year of high school.

Sometimes we call it grade, but year is commonly used. But thanks for clearing that up for me! What age is a common Grade 9 person over there? Or 'freashman'?

I was 13 when I went into high school....right now most kids are going into high school 13 and 14....but mostly 14
