Biography:
Born on the frigid, dry world of MIrial, Trance Serv'laya is a young Mirialan female trying to find her place in a chaotic galaxy. Born with her twin brother Treg, her family moved from Mirial shortly after their birth to Naboo. Growing up there, her mother studied as a Botanist and ran a small flower shop near the Nabooian capital. Her father, Kev, worked as a smuggler and was rarely on planet for a few weeks out of the year. At a young age, Trance exhibited inherited Force traits from her mother. Under the mother's tutelage, Trance learned how to harness her powers and for a time, studied as a Botanist with her. While visiting the marketplace with her brother at the age of 13, Trance helped a man settle a disagreement with one of the shopkeeper. What Trance didn't realize was that the man was Jeran Tosh, a Jedi Master on his way home to Coruscant. Realizing her potential, Tosh wanted Trance to return with him to Coruscant to train as his Jedi apprentice. Treg, thinking the man was harmful to his younger sister, fought the man before fled with his sister. Later that day, they encountered Tosh again at their home, as he was an old friend of their mother. Though her father was reluctant to let his daughter leave home at such a young age, he came to the decision that she would learn more in her travels than what she would learn staying at home. Disgusted that Trance would rather live the life as a Jedi, Treg disowned his twin sister and vowed never to speak to her again. Upon her departure, her mother gave her one last gift: a pet carrier butterfly affectionately named Inca.
Though her powers are not as advanced as her Jedi apprentice counterparts, Trance makes up for it with her impressive agility, professional acrobatics, and peaceful diplomatic skills. Never liking the usage of droids, Trance shuns the use of wing fighters and pilots a solar sailer. Trance carries a purple lightsaber that she constructed at the age of 16. She continues to work hard to become a great Jedi Master like her Master Tosh, while trying to stave away from the seduction of the Dark Side...
